Basic Curry
This is my own curry recipe I'm working on. It has ingredients I like and have easy access to.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic clovers
- 1/4 cup of ginger
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 2 teaspoons of hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- a small amount of lemon juice (optional)
Kitchen Tools
- 1 Large pan
- 1 Cup
- 1 Wooden Spoon
- 1 Teaspoon
Recipe
- Cut the onion into cubes, and the garlic and ginger into small pieces.
- Fry the onions until they are semi transparent.
- Mix the milk and conrstarch in a cup while the onions are cooking
- Add the garlic and ginger and mix for 30 seconds
- Add the milk, tomato sauce, cumin, curry and hot sauce.
- Mix and cook on low heat for around 7 minutes
- Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- And that's it!
